New York -based design firm Y House Silver + Ong. This is the new home of the family of Singapore. The interesting thing is, designers incorporate elements of decoration industry, a triangle -shaped roof and the interior is immaculate, the stay was anything but relaxed, bright and comfortable. Although the raw concrete walls, the interior is warm and pleasant. The open space area is connected to the terrace, giving the feeling that they are one. I love the juxtaposition of styles: traditional ( reflected in the form of the roof ) and contemporary ( glass walls and finishings ). Defines both home and work really well together.
Street view is a little less " transparent " from the back of the house, the windows are covered with shutters for extra sense of privacy. The ground floor accommodates the kitchen, dining room, study room and social space, while the second floor houses the living room and the wider children's room. Another interesting point is that the bedroom is located upstairs and features a private terrace, offering unobstructed views of the hills and surrounding areas. What do you think?
